Change-of-Mind Returns

We offer change-of-mind returns in the form of store credit or, in some cases, a refund subject to a 10% restocking fee, provided eligibility criteria are met.

Store credit is our preferred option and incurs no restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Last Chance are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or incorrect items remain covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

This may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
