You probably have a few questions — and we’ve got answers to most of them below.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

We provide tracking information by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. If you’re concerned about a delivery, please contact us with your name and order number and we’ll be happy to help.

If I place an order today, when can I expect to receive it?

How do I track my order?

Most orders are sent with Australia Post. Use the tracking number provided by email or SMS to check your delivery status via the Australia Post tracking page. Here is a link to the tracking page at Australia Post

What's your return policy?

We accept change-of-mind returns for store credit, subject to return eligibility.
Full details are available on our Returns & Faults page.

If an item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll of course assist in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Do I need to return faulty items?

In most cases, no.
If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once assessed, we’ll let you know the next steps.

If a return is required, return shipping will be covered by us.

Are your sizes true to size?

Good question! We rely on sizing information from our suppliers and trusted brands. Some styles are designed to be relaxed or oversized, while others are more fitted.

If we notice an item runs small or large, we’ll make a note in the product description. You’re always welcome to contact us for sizing advice before placing your order.

How do I use or check the balance of my store credit?

Store credit is issued via our gift voucher system and is valid for three years from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

You can check your balance by logging into your account. At checkout, enter your gift voucher or store credit code in the gift card/discount field before proceeding to payment.

I sent my return, but I haven't received my store credit yet?

Once your return has been received, checked, and approved, we’ll process your store credit within a few business days. You’ll receive confirmation by email or SMS once it’s been issued.

Please note: returns should not be sent back without first reviewing our Returns & Faults policy or contacting us.

I'm having trouble shopping on Safari - I can't see sizes or add items to cart?

A small number of customers experience this due to Safari’s Reader Mode.

To fix this:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  2. Tap the aA icon next to the address bar

  3. Select Website Settings

  4. Turn off Use Reader Automatically

Alternatively, you can shop using Google Chrome or another browser. We’re working on a longer-term solution.

What is AfterPay and how does it work?

Afterpay allows you to split your purchase into instalments.
To use Afterpay account you must:

  • Live in Australia or New Zealand
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Have a valid debit or credit card
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
  • Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
  • Credit checks apply

    What if I return items paid for by AfterPay?

    Items purchased with Afterpay are eligible for store credit or exchange in line with our Returns & Faults policy.

    For faulty or incorrect items, we will work with you to arrange a resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Any adjustments to your Afterpay plan will be handled in line with Afterpay’s own processes.

    Can I pay using Cryptocurrency?

    Yes — we accept selected cryptocurrencies via our Coinbase merchant facility, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and others, at the prevailing Australian dollar conversion rate.

    Our standard Returns & Faults policy applies to all cryptocurrency purchases. Store credit is issued for eligible returns, except where Australian Consumer Law requires a refund.
